President's Volunteer
Service Award
Requirements:
The Award is given to individuals, families, and groups that have demonstrated outstanding volunteer service and civic participation over the course of a 12-month period.

The awarded volunteer hours' definitions
1. help youth to success in education, such as volunteer tutors
2. public service, health, security and disaster relief
3. serve at nursing home, orphanage, help poor, homeless people, government public service, charity, culture exchange.
Not belong to award hours:
1. paid hours
2. government Champaign
3. all religion service, work and education
4. serve for self family
5. the practice and rehearsal time in band, symphony.
6. Serve for religion
7. The volunteer hours at the seminar and research lab for enhance applicant's skill and benefit applicant's.
